How to use TheStubware to remove keep-coming-back malware files?

We often experience this situation : some anti-malware programs detect a file as a malware or virus and try to delete it, the anti-malware program either fails to delete or just says "will delete at reboot". But after system reboot, the file is still detected by the same security program. The reason of failure to delete is that your computer is infected by a stubborn malware. Most anit-malware programs use a registry value "PendingFileRenameOperations" to delete a file at Windows restart, but now many stubborn malware also know this trick, so they start monitoring this registry value, once the value matches the malware file, the malware will delete this value so the deletion will fail.

TheStubware uses a different technique to delete those keep-coming-back malware files.

Steps to remove keep-coming-back files

1. Open Notepad.exe

2. Copy and paste the following text into notepad program.

<RSF>
<FILE>%File absolute path1%</FILE>
<FILE>%File absolute path2%</FILE>
<FILE>%File absolute path3%</FILE>
</RSF>

3. Replace the string "%File absolute path1%", "%File absolute path2%", "%File absolute path3%" with the files you want to delete, you also can add more lines in the same format to delete more files at one time.

NOTE: File absolute path looks like : C:\Windows\system32\filename, you must use the absolute path to replace that strings, however, the relative path looks like : system32\filename or \systemroot\system32\filename doesn't work.

4. Save the text to a file, remember where you save it

5. Launch "TheStubware", drag and drop the file you saved just now into "TheStubware" window.

6. Then TheStubware will try to delete those files, in most situations, TheStubware will prompt you to reboot computer to complete the deletion. Just reboot your computer. TheStubware will use a unique technique to delete a file at system restart if needed.
