Description of "Your computer is infected" balloon

This malware keeps poping up a balloon from system tray (right bottom corner of task bar) to state your computer is infected by some malware. Actually this is a fake alert, it pops up just to trick you download and purchase some rogue security programs. Usually this malware uses a trojan driver to replace a Windows system driver. How to remove "Your computer is infected" balloon
